My name is Catherine Flamson, founder of Fabulously Fit Mums, a leading provider of health and fitness programmes for mums just like you and I.
I understand how it feels to have countless sleepless nights, to have no energy and no time, and how the thought of getting out of the house before lunchtime, (or even at all), seems impossible…I have been there!
Before I had my children I had an office job and I hardly ever exercised. I struggled to keep my weight down and always seemed to be on a diet. Then I had my children who are now aged 10 and 7, (I can’t believe how the time has flown)! I put lots of weight on during both my pregnancies.
After the birth of my son, when the blur of the first couple of months started to lift, I managed to find a small amount of “me” time and started a routine of exercise. As my son got older, I found myself at exercise classes with inspiring and motivational instructors and I really developed the fitness bug. The excess weight I put on during my pregnancies (and believe me there was a lot to come off, especially after the birth of my daughter), just came off naturally as I ate sensibly and exercised. No more being on a diet or struggling with keeping my weight down!
In 2008, I qualified as an Exercise to Music Instructor and started teaching. Since then I have gained many specialist qualifications in pre and post-natal exercise and nutrition. I enjoy teaching all different kinds of classes including Vibe Cycle, Vibe Power, Aerobics, Step, Legs Bums and Tums, but I specialise in Post Natal Classes for “Fabulously Fit Mums”. I have had the pleasure of working with many new mums and helped them regain their fitness and figures. I am passionate about showing mums the way to be Fabulously Fit! I want to give YOU whatever it is you need to succeed.
