Healthy Flapjack!!!

I found this recipe for a healthy Fab Fit Flapjack that makes great food ‘on the go‘ or a tasty, post workout snack.

Fab Fit Flapjacks

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10-15 mins

Makes 12 square-sized flapjacks



350 g bag of mixed nuts/seeds
10 dates
1 banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa powder


Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
(if necessary) melt the coconut oil in a pan over a low heat.
Add all the other ingredients to a food processor. Pour the coconut oil over top and blend until it all sticks together.
Lift the flapjack mixture out of the bowl and into a coconut oil greased tray.
Bake in the over for 10-15 minutes, until the top is hard and golden.
Let cool and enjoy!
